We are heading off on an adventure in the next few days & I wanted to keep a journal of our trip so am trying this blogger.com thing. Many many journal entries & photos from some of our great trips over the past ten years that I had posted to RealTravel.com have all been lost (or at least a great percentage).... and I have felt a sense of loss and, of course, quite a bit of frustration.
But, alas, I'm going to try it again!
We are leaving on June 2nd and heading via London for two nights and then to Greece where we are to begin a ten day cruise on the Corinthian 2 led by Elizabeth Bartman, the President of the Archaeological Institute of America. It is called The Sacred Places of the Mediterranean. At the end of the cruise, we will spend five days on Sicily to do some exploration before heading back home.
... now it's time to start packing. The hardest part will be to leave room in my suitcase in case I find a great t-shirt or two to bring back! LOL.
